“I bought three freshly baked gluten free loaves from George at the Silver Street Bakery - a farmhouse, a focaccia and a boule. They are all every bit as good as regular artisan bread. The farmhouse is just like a white loaf, it has a great texture and crisps up really well when toasted. The focaccia will be great dipped in olive oil or with roasted vegetables and the boule, a wholegrain loaf, is just as good. I enjoyed a few slices while they were still warm and later sliced them up to keep in the freezer. Way better than the sliced bread available in supermarkets. ”
